Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management & strategy, Inventory Management, Warehouse management, Logistics
Strategies Formulation(inbound and outbound), Digitization Initiatives , Supply Chain Planning & Network
design, Order management, distribution, SCM Program Management, 3PL/4PL management,
Export/Import, Contract Management, ERP Management (SAP MM Module).
• Managing pan-India logistics network which includes Road, Air & Sea transportation, warehouse
management and distribution by working closely with various 3PL/4PL service providers.
• Responsible for Supply chain strategy for production plant by evaluating supply risk, profit impact etc.
and plan for seamless supplies from direct and indirect vendors to production units.
• Responsible for Internal and External warehouse management.
while ensuring all required compliance of legal and safety in place at all warehousing facilities.
• Responsible for warehouse improvement activities in order to improve overall efficiency in value chain.
• Leading a project of logistics integration across all function (Annual logistics spend -1800 Cr) by creating
roadmap to achieve higher efficiency in logistics and warehousing management.
• Led a team which was responsible to conceptualize, designed and implemented E Kanban system with
help of local IT team. This project helped to improve logistics efficiency and warehouse optimization by
reducing required space by 25 %.
• Leading Program Management team for all digitization initiatives.
• Responsible to maintain KPI related to Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, contract
management, Cost Management, vendor development and Packaging related to logistics.
• Implement organization standard work procedures and benchmark SOPs with best in Industry for
Logistics, inventory management, freight, delivery and distribution.
