Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage the implementation of HR and IR initiatives at the factory Level including PMS
implementation, Employee Engagement, Contract Labor Management, Wage settlements, Initiate
and manage learning and development initiative.
2. Maintain all labour regulatory compliances within the policies and procedures of the company
with the objective of maintaining harmonious working environment at the factory and helping
identify and develop key talent for the factory.
3. Competencies Knowledge of Industrial relations and Labour laws, Contract Labor Management,
Negotiation Skills, Networking
4. Responsible for HR Projects/ Program Delivery, Manage Industrial Relations, Manage Talent
Performance Management, Separation, Training, Manage Compensation & Benefits, Review and
Reporting
5. Participate in meetings between Auditor and Auditee/ closing meetings and formulate responses
with the management action planning.
6. To discuss manpower numbers with the respective sectional/ functional heads for manpower
planning for the subsequent business year.
7. Interact with other industry peers , responsible for entire IR ER compliance's, all statutory, legal,
liaisoning local bodies & government authorities
