Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Lead all maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities (boilers, refrigeration, ETP), and facilities. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) schedules to minimize downtime (MTBF/MTTR KPIs).
  • Project Execution: Spearhead brownfield and greenfield projects from design and CAPEX proposal stages through execution, commissioning, and final approval. This includes managing timelines, costs, contractors, and vendors.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives by implementing systems like PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and potentially robotics. This includes integrating smart systems with ERP platforms like SAP for data-driven decisions and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet stringent health, safety, environmental protocols, and quality standards specific to food manufacturing.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a proactive and safety-oriented work culture.
