Hiring for Operation Head
Department: Plant Manufacturing.
Exp: 15 – 25 years
Job Description:
– Operational Strategy & Execution and Manage plant operations, product scheduling, quality assurance, and maintenance of plant manufacturing.
– Experience in the field of Plant Operations, Quality assurance, Strategic planning and Capex.
– Worked in industry related to terminations, cables and connector related manufacturing
– Understanding of Financial figures and their impact on growth of company.
– Responsible for managing Operations P&L Plant manufacturing
– Oversee manufacturing facility and ensure operational efficiency.
– Developing production plans, managing budgets, and integrating new technology
– Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across unit.
– Reduce waste and increase profitability.
– Collaborate with project leaders to define objectives, milestones, and resource allocation plans
– Lead cross-functional departments including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring alignment and seamless integration.
– Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
– Introduce modern technologies and automation systems .
– Compliance & Safety: Ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on manufacturing performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Operations Management.
