Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Head and manage complete administrative functions of the organization / plant / corporate office.
- Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and guest house operations.
- Manage vendor development, negotiation, and contracts for admin-related services.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to factory administration, labour laws, local authorities, pollution control, fire safety, etc.
- Handle infrastructure management, office expansion, layout changes, maintenance, and repairs.
- Control admin budgets, cost optimization, and expense monitoring.
- Develop and implement admin policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage security systems, access control, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Plant Operations, and Management for smooth functioning.
- Lead and manage admin team, security staff, housekeeping staff, drivers, etc.
- Handle government liaisoning and coordination with local authorities.
- Ensure discipline, hygiene, safety, and 5S across the premises.
- Support management in audits, inspections, and certifications.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education:Â Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Experience:Â 15 – 20 years in Administration / Facility / Plant Administration (Manufacturing preferred)
- Industry Preference:Â Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering / Plant Setup
