Job Description
Technical/ Functional Competencies
1. Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting
2. Experience of handling team of 5-6 persons
3. Experience of finalizing company financials as per Indian standard and US GAAP
4. Good knowledge of GST (GTR 1, 2A, 3B and RCM)
5. Knowledge of TDS, PF and ESIC etc.
6. Experience of Vendor payments, staff salary and other office expenses posting.
7. Experience for maintaining document records of all transaction

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for ledgers posting of all account transaction and ensure correctness.
2. Reconciliation of inter-company accounts, bank, debtors & creditors
3. Closing of monthly financial statements and preparation of profit & loss statement
4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns
5. Manage all taxation/duties, input tax credit, returns related to export procedures and documentation
6. Provide financial analysis statements including monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flows statements, and actual to budget and last year variance analysis
7. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting
