Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a manufacturing unit.

The position demands a strategic thinker who can manage production, ensure quality, drive continuous improvement, and lead a diverse team to meet business objectives.

The Unit Head will be accountable for achieving operational efficiency, meeting production targets, maintaining safety standards, and managing costs while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech (preferred specialisation in Mechanical / Chemical) with 15 to 20 years of experience from FMCG with a preference for the beverage industry. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
