Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
~ Shall be responsible for mobilization/demobilization of P&M at site.
~ Will be responsible for generating all local MIS to Mechanical Head at HO / Project In Charge
Promptly attending to complaints related to P & M at project site.
~ Will be responsible for maintaining all Site records of equipment’s such as Log books, preventive maintenance records, Utilization of machinery.
~ Supervising and inspecting the installation, modification, commissioning, testing of various systems / machinery at site.
~ Preparing a list of vital spares for any eventuality of likely break downs of equipment’s & ensuring smooth functioning of all machinery & equipment’s.
~ Making maintenance record each month for spares and running expense for each machine and monitoring them on monthly basis.
~ Keeping Check on all concerned personnel / workers / operators as they are maintaining, operating equipment’s in safest way possible to avoid accidents.
~ Keep records of Third party inspection that is done on machinery.
~ Shall ensure safety of Men, Machine & Material at site.
~ Making service schedules for each month based on hours/Kms running, implementing those strictly to achieve minimum break-down of equipment’s, machinery & vehicles.
~ Strictly implementation of Preventive Maintenance Check lists w.r.t each equipment’s and maintenance of records thereof.
~ Any other official work given by seniors in the interest of the Organization
Education : Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
