Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1) Directly monitoring all disciplines activities related to plant equipment maintenance operations. To manage the troubleshooting of the breakdowns and harmonize the minimal downtime of equipment.
2) Lyophilizes function monitoring and troubleshooting, monitoring operation & maintenance activities of plant equipment.
3) Knowledge and handling skills to face the regulatory Audit/Inspections.
4) Design, implement, and improve ongoing operation in optimization & conservative way to all the applicable facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes.
5) Responsible for compilation of requirement of spares for each discipline and procurement activities. I.e. indent to receipt coordination for any requirement of spares/services.
6) Responsible for preventive maintenance and Calibration & Validation of all instruments and equipment, overall documentation as per GMP/GDP standards as well as maintaining history records.
7) Ensure resource availability and allocation.
8) Handling process measurement and control instrumentation services for functional operation of equipment’s and instruments to deliver without interruption in manufacturing process.
9) Prepare and updated all equipment’s standard operation procedure as per regular interval, also give sop and other required training to staff and workers to perform the duty as per GMP requirement.
10) To preserve and ensure the availability of critical spares of all equipment and maintain the consumable stock.
11) Initial machine qualification after installation & revalidation as per frequency defined in master plan.
12) Handling new projects & co-ordinate with consultant & contractor for project accomplishment.
13) Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
14) Manager and operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
15) Proven working experience in operation maintenance management & excellent client-facing with internal/ external communication skills.
16) Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labour.
17) Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
18) Oversee project construction efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
19) Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.
