Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Site feasibility assessment and selection
 Project budgeting and Cash flow projections
 Multi-site management
 Vendor management; Vendor evaluation and selection
 Contracts management: Floating of Tenders, Bid evaluation, Evaluating the Terms and
Conditions of the Contract along with Technical Specification, Special and General
Conditions of Contract. Contract negotiation and Award of works.
 Construction Management: Site logistics, co-ordination, site supervision, Conducting site
meetings, Preparation of MIS reports. Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking
proactive measures.
 Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing
variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc.
 Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time &
cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
 Monitoring of construction costs and adhering to project budget.
 Procurement management.
 Bill certification and approvals.
 Evaluating the design criteria for MEP services; Approval on DBR and finalization of
schematic design and value engineering of configuration of MEP services.
 Coordinating with the Consultant for Preparation of BOQ for Civil Interiors and MEP services,
Evaluating and giving feedback on the Estimate submitted by the Consultants.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications: B.E. Civil Engineer graduate with 10-20 years experience

Skills Required:

 Experience of handling brown field and green field projects of Hospitals
 Demonstrates integrity and honesty
 Collaborative partner who values teamwork and integration
 Decisive yet supportive of distributed decision making

 Openness, accessibility and visibility, approachable
 Motivated and inspired with a commitment to excellence
 Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills, inclusive of other’s views
 Maturity in judgment, broad thinking and intellectually agile
 Good organizational capabilities, focused approach and good networking skills
