Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Designation: Manager Accounts & Taxation
Position Reports to: General Manager Finance & Accounts

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting:

ï‚· Prepare Financial Statement and Balance sheet, P&L and Cash flow statement.
ï‚· Weekly Preparation of Revenue Budgets and Analysis.
ï‚· Preparation of monthly Accounts MIS
ï‚· Support the leadership team in Business Plan and company valuation reports.
ï‚· Prepare monthly revenue report.
ï‚· Update and maintain records of all company assets.
ï‚· Weekly Review of the Accounting and report the required changes.
ï‚· Prepare debtors and creditors Aging report and set-up payment/ receivable priorities.
ï‚· Co-ordinate with Statutory & Internal Audit and ensure Audit compliance.
ï‚· Salary computation and Process.
ï‚· Prepare and analyse MIS reports relating to Sales, Compliance, Revenue and Expense
Statements.
ï‚· Prepare and Finalise Financial Statements with detailed notes.
ï‚· Prepare annual Budget and year end reconciliation.

Direct and Indirect Taxation

ï‚· Timely filing of GST refund on export of services with payment of tax and unutilized ITC.
ï‚· Filing GST Return after reviewing and analysing with GSTR-2A reconciliation.
ï‚· Reconciliation of GST mismatch through GSTR-2A.
ï‚· Monthly filling of GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
ï‚· Maintain liaison with GST officer to quickly resolve queries.
ï‚· Review of quarterly TDS return data and submit the final Income Tax return periodically.
ï‚· Abreast with latest developments in direct and indirect tax laws.
ï‚· Ensure timely filing returns for Income Tax, VAT, CST, TDS, PF, Professional Tax etc.
