Job Description

Project Manager – Mechanical

Purpose of the role:

To lead design, execution and commissioning of HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities and water systems meeting GMP and regulatory expectations for OSD & Injectable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Define HVAC and cleanroom concepts and design philosophy.

Evaluate heat load, air change and pressure cascade calculations.

Design HVAC systems compliant with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Engineering of chillers, BMS, AHUs, ducting, piping and insulation.

Design and execution of utilities boilers, compressors, nitrogen plant.

Design and commissioning of Raw Water, RO, PW, WFI, ETP & STP systems.

Vendor evaluation and techno-commercial finalization.

Supervise installation, testing, balancing and commissioning.

Coordinate DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation with QA & Validation.

Drive energy, water conservation and sustainability initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

BE / B.Tech Mechanical with 10-20 years in HVAC & utilities projects
HVAC design certification, GMP training
Minimum 2 Greenfield projects
Cleanroom HVAC & water systems expertise
Injectable facility exposure
