Job Details
1. Strong understanding and experience of construction side of the business
2. Ability to head and lead couple of projects simultaneously.
3. Having pf managing large team (both on and off rolls)
4. The candidate should have the ability to look at the big picture and bring in best practices in terms of
technology eventually impacting the safety/security/efficient running of the infrastructure of the company.
5. Should have the experience of handling multiple vendors and contractors
6. Past experience of having managed multiple and large office building/infrastructure would be important.
