Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation of best HSE practices of Thermax
Safety training, permit to work system implementation
Reporting of unsafe acts and conditions, emergency preparedness, mock drill
Investigation of incidents, accidents, near-miss incidents
HSE legal compliance
ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standard implementation
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years in concrete chimney work at project sites.
Good training skills
Sound knowledge of construction site HSE practices implementation
Good auditing skills
Leadership qualities
Good communication skills
Positive attitude, sincere, hard-working

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in mechanical/civil + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (from
Govt. authorized institute)
