Job Description 

Role and Responsibility

1. Overseeing the Dispatches of orders including, picking, packing, and shipping.

   2.Managing orders processing, fulfillment, and tracking for Marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, etc

   3. Planning Shipments and dispatches working closely with the Apparel production team

   4. Managing the Return shipments and processing of the same in the defined timeline

   5. Preparing the KPIs reports for the performance monitoring

   6. Doing the reconciliation of the bills received from 3PL partners

   7. Managing Inventory inward & Outward as per the defined processes.

   8. Minimising shipping error by ensuring correct picking & packing.

   9. Managing the pickups of the shipments by coordinating with the 3PL partners

Qualification and Experience

1. Graduation in any stream
2. Experience in managing E-Commerce B2C dispatches across channels
3. 8-15 yrs experience in Inventory management and warehousing
4. Strong knowledge of Excel
