Roles and Responsibilities

1. Hands-on experience in Budgeting and purchase management for Plastic Industry.

2. Outstanding techno-commercial ability with price negotiation skills.

3. Knowledge of costing breakup & experience in comparative cost analysis is a must.

4. Should be able to manage inventory control.

5. Must be able to prepare & provide reports for senior management

6. Superior leadership to be able to implement core business strategies in an effective, economical
way on enhancing customer satisfaction, quality, and on-time delivery.

7. Influencing skills and pleasing personality.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech / M.B.A

Well-versed with MS Excel and ERPs.

Soft/ Human SkillsPositive attitude, Soft behavior, Problem Solving Skills, Flexibility/Adaptability

Min 7 years of Relevant Experience in Middle or Senior Managerial Capacity in the Manufacturing
industry.
