Manager/Sr. Manager – Purchase/Procurement

Qualification Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Manufacturing

 Experience in Project Procurement for HVAC Projects.

 Ensure procurement of the right material at the right price at the right time.

 Get proposals from the suppliers, negotiate and make a comparison in terms of
specifications, Prices, Payment Terms, and Delivery Schedule & issue the Purchase Order to
the Suppliers.

 Timely Procurement & Delivery of All Items for Division.

 Make sure that the material is delivered as per the agreed delivery.

 Get the vendor's invoices cleared as per the terms of respective Purchase Orders.

 To explore new vendors as an alternate source for procurement.

 Implementation of Cost Improvement Programs based on management guidelines, viz use of
Reverse Auctions, etc.

 Provide support to RMM for achieving Billing Targets.

 Helping Sales & Marketing team with updated prices on a regular basis and sharing prices of
Material/types of equipment with own counterparts located at different branches within the
country in order to get the optimum benefit of pricing.
