Job Description

GRP /FRP (composite) or Rotor Blade Production (Manufacturing Industries only

Must have 10 years minimum experience in Polymer coated fabrics, FRP, Glass fiber, resin etc.

Should have good knowledge of GRP/FRP composite (Hand lay up moulding) Rotor Blade.

Excellent communication & computer skills.

Exposure in ERP / SAP / BAAN essential.

Generating production MIS & Inventory management for higher management.

Ensure proper allocation of resources (machines, raw material, manpower) to achieve maximum efficiency of the available production facilities

Should be smart in his working and ready to work in challenging work environment.

Ensure effective control in respective production and  achieve production target Should have good leadership and managerial skills.

Should have good analytical ability so as to identify the problems in incipient stage, analyze and take corrective actions.
