Roles and Responsibilities
Estate Manager will be the direct conduit between staff and Promoters. Oversee
maintenance; supervise staff members and the upkeep and day-to-day running of the
estate.
High end co-ordination with cross functional teams to ensure best services are delivered.
(Group Admin, Commercial, Travel Teams, Housekeeping, Security, Horticulture, F&B & Fleet
Management).
Overlooking of the inventory management process in the Estate and ensure all items are
available as per the needs and requirement of the House Keeping/ Culinary/ Horticultural
and other teams for daily operations.
Liaising with external vendors such as 3rd party vendors as per requirements.
Overseeing key operational issues of each Asset, review expenditure plans, approve key
appointments, continuous improvement of operational efficiencies, and resource
optimization.
Review and analyze performance inputs from down the line and address cross-functional
delivery issues.
Adherence Risk Management & Compliance.
Operate as the asset owner for operating property and conduct regular reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 10 to 15 yrs work experience in
Worked in Estates / General Administration
Sufficient Evidences in Team work & Collaboration / Managing Conflicts
Strong IT literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
Leadership Skills
Should be a Ex – Servicemen / Retired defence personnel
