Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions
- Prepare formalities related to staff movement
- Take part in recruitment activities
- Manage Employee life cycle from Onboadring to exit.
- Prepare report/ analysis for management review
- Responsible in office administration task
- Coordinate for inter Deparmental working
- Assist in adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills in English
- University graduate (Human Resources Management/Business Management
- Knowledge in employment law
- 10 + years of working experience, preferably within HR
- Proficiency on MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong ethics and reliability
