Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions
  • Prepare formalities related to staff movement
  • Take part in recruitment activities
  • Manage Employee life cycle from Onboadring to exit.
  • Prepare report/ analysis for management review
  • Responsible in office administration task
  • Coordinate for inter Deparmental working
  • Assist in adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • University graduate (Human Resources Management/Business Management
  • Knowledge in employment law
  • 10 + years of working experience, preferably within HR
  • Proficiency on MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong ethics and reliability
