Job description
- Project Monitoring for Quality, Economy & Time adherence by Project Monitoring and Team Leading.
- Project Coordination with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Site team.
- Preparing of overall Project & Construction Schedules.
- Preparation of technical and commercial documents i.e. estimates & materials requirements etc.
- Contract management & Certification of Contractor / Vendor Bills for Payment.
- Monitoring and Handing Over of Quality of all finishing work in Landscaping, Club, Swimming Pool, STP and Basement Area.
- Reconciliation and management of all finishing items to hand over the Apartments etc.
Desirables:
Knowledge of construction methodologies & processes
Knowledge of Engineering Concepts & Construction Processes
Knowledge of Quality Auditing policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Knowledge of Quality Systems & Certifications
Project planning and monitoring skills
Knowledge of SAP and other Software Packages
Management of complex infrastructure contracts
