Job description
Responsible for total employee relations like ARS update and daily attendance tracking
system of both the workmen and the employees.
Responsible for MIS and maintain the leave tracking system of all the employees and
contract workmen
Responsible for leave management system of both the employees & contract workmen.
Responsible for contract labour management system.
Responsible for fulfilling of all statutory compliances
Responsible for complete payroll system of all the employees
Responsible for imparting trainings to the contract workmen on safety, Health&
environment awareness.
Responsible to maintain the retainers data as and when required
Responsible for file management of all the employees & contract workmen.
Responsible for maintain good IR relations with the government & Local villagers
Responsible to Maintain good liaison with the government bodies
Responsible for total gate control of the contract workmen and the employees.
Responsible for industrial canteen maintenance
Responsible for Coordination & Ensuring coverage of Workmen under Workmen
Compensation Policy for Contract Labour and follow up with contractor in renewal of policy
in time.
Responsible for Effective liaison with Central Labour Department Officials, Inspectorate of
Factories, EPF officials.
