Job Description
Managing total activities of design, development and execution for rooftop and ground mount solar projects that includes,
module mounting structure, system design, project management, selection of vendors for various components of
solar plant, selection of contractors for execution of projects Project progress reporting to management on weekly basis and
conducting review and project kick off meetings with all the relevant stakeholders which includes design engineering,
project, procurement, construction team, quality team, consultants and client handling. Generating technical proposals along
with project costing and detailed project report (DPR) to clients for winning projects Business development to get new
projects in coordination with bidding team Developed in-house and rolled out technical drawings, construction of 3D plant
Key
layouts and 2D drawings as per latest technologies and reduced overall engineering, manufacturing, installation and
operations costs of projects by Implemented latest software and tools to monitor plant live performance remotely thus
increasing plant performance and power generation the plant downtime to minimum Managed effort to procure fabrication
and sheet metal parts, BOM items from an outside network of vendors, technical evaluation of vendors and increasing the
number of vendors for competitive cost & supply of product Build a competent team of design and project staff and
implemented new plant
operations and maintenance
